A 29-year-old man could face charges in connection to a deadly crash that left a 69-year-old woman dead.
Acccording to Captain Dave Cook with the Corpus Christi Police Department, when officers arrived at a crash scene involving three vehicles, the driver of one of the vehicles had already died.
Monday, Gena Pena, with the CCPD public information office, said a male driver who was driving another vehicle, hit the back of the victim’s car, which caused her vehicle to lose control and strike a metal barrier.
Pena said the 29-year-old driver is at fault for causing the crash and is expected to face charges.
Since the 29-year-old man has not been arrested and charged, his name was not released.
