Warmer weekend followed by a major cold front

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Our temperatures will rise to above normal levels this weekend before taking a tumble next week.

Our winds humidity and temperatures will increase this weekend as the first major cold front of the season approaches and moves through the Coastal Bend on Monday.

Little rain is expected with the front.

Tonight, it will be clear, nearly calm and comfortable with a low near 70.

Saturday will be sunny, a bit breezier, humid and hotter with a high near 90.

Saturday night we will have fair skies, breezy, muggy and warmer with a low of 75.

Sunday expect lots of sunshine, rather breezy, humid and hot again with a high of 92.

Temperatures will drop into the 50's for lows behind our cold front next week.
