CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — An area of low pressure in the southern Gulf continues to slowly become better organized and could become a tropical depression or weak tropical storm before going inland in northern Mexico by the end of this week. The less the system develops the more rain (scattered) we will get here, the more it develops the less rain (isolated) we will receive here. Either way rainfall will diminish across the Coastal Bend from north to south.

Tonight expect isolated showers to develop near the coast late a light breeze and a muggy low of 76.

Tuesday we will have more clouds and more tropical with isolated thundershowers and a high of 94.

Tuesday night expect scattered mainly coastal showers with a low of 77.

Wednesday we will have isolated tropical showers a moderate breeze still hot and humid with a high of 93.
