Wind and warmth for the weekend

Posted
and last updated

The combination of surface high-pressure to our east, and strengthening low pressure to our northwest, will cause a rapid escalation in our winds over the weekend.

The associated cold front will arrive on Tuesday, with much cooler air once again, along with windy conditions but very little rain.

Tonight, expect fair skies; nearly calm and not as cold, with a low of 47.

Saturday will be mostly sunny, but with late-day clouds, increasing winds that will be rather noticeable by afternoon, rising humidity, and it's pleasantly warm with a high of 76.

Saturday night will be breezy, muggy, and much milder with a low of 59.

Sunday, expect more clouds, windy, warm, and humid, with a high of 79.
