A weak upper-level disturbance will move across the area, resulting in scattered to isolated thundershowers Tuesday and Wednesday.

That will be replaced by dry upper-level high pressure and excessive heat the latter part of this week and the upcoming first weekend of August.

Tonight, expect only isolated showers after midnight and much calmer with a low of 75.

Tuesday we will have widely scattered thundershowers; otherwise mostly cloudy (some sun), not much wind, but still rather hot and humid, with a high of 93.

Tuesday night, expect isolated showers near the coast, a little breezy, warm and humid with a low of 76.

Wednesday will feature scattered thundershowers with mostly cloudy skies, and a high only near 90.

Drying out beginning Wednesday night.
