Big weather changes ahead of our Friday night cold front

A strong Pacific cold front will push through South Texas on Friday night and bring some scattered thundershowers with it.

Lots of wind, humidity and clouds, along with warmer-than-normal temperatures will dominate our weather the next couple of days.

Tonight will be cloudy, breezy and much milder, with a few sprinkles and a low of 62.

Thursday will be windy, humid and warmer with lots of clouds and a high of 78.

Thursday night will be windy, humid and unseasonably warm with a low of 69.

Friday will still be windy, humid and very warm (for January), with mostly cloudy skies and a high near 80.

Expect scattered showers and thundershowers mainly over the northern half of the Coastal Bend after dark on Friday evening, and ending before sunrise on Saturday.
