CORPUS CHRISTI — We are waking up to some patchy fog across the Coastal Bend this morning. A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued through 9 am. This should give way to mostly sunny skies and warm weather conditions this afternoon. Look for a daytime high around 78 degrees today. The winds will be shifting to the northeast at 5 to 10 miles per hour. The forecast for tonight calls for partly cloudy skies with some patchy fog. Expect an overnight low around 62 degrees. Another cold front will roll through South Texas tomorrow afternoon. There is a slight chance for a few showers with the frontal passage. We should still make it up to about 82 degrees on Sunday before the colder air moves in.
We are watching a series of fronts that will be impacting our temperatures for much of the week ahead. This will bring us more below average temperatures and some breezy conditions midweek. Rain chances for most of the work week appear pretty low.
