CORPUS CHRISTI — Tropical Storm Bertha has formed off the coast of South Carolina.
Bertha will brings flooding rain to the Carolinas for the next two days.
Bertha is also expected to bring tropical storm winds to portions of the South Carolina coast in the next few hours.
This is the second storm of the season. But the "official" season doesn't begin until June 1.
