More heat and humidity expected the rest of this week

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — As a ridge of high pressure slowly breaks down over south Texas our weather will slowly get more breezy humid and hotter. Another weak disturbance approaching from the west will cause our rainfall opportunity to increase headed through the Holiday weekend.

Tonight will be mainly clear and seasonal with a low near 70 and patchy inland fog.

Tuesday will be sunny breezy more humid and hotter with a high of 93.

Tuesday nigh will be warm and stuffy with mostly cloudy skies and a moderate breeze expect a low of 75.

Wednesday will be rather breezy sweltering hot and humid with a high of 92 under mostly sunny skies.
