Humidity levels will increase as we get closer to the weekend; heat advisories likely will be issued. That means our heat index values may range from 109 to 114 degrees. People will need to use extreme caution when spending a lot of time outdoors.
It will also remain rather breezy the next couple of days.
The forecast for tonight calls for mostly-cloudy skies with mild, overnight temperatures. Look for an overnight low around 80 degrees.
The forecast for Tuesday calls for mostly-sunny skies, with hot and breezy weather conditions in the afternoon. Expect a daytime high of 95 degrees.
The winds will be blowing out of the southeast at 10-to-20-miles-per-hour.
The daytime high temperatures will remain in the low- to- mid 90's through early next week.
No rain is expected in the forecast period.
