CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — A few showers are possible today across the Coastal Bend but a better chance arrives Thursday and Friday with an upper-level trough of low pressure that will move through South Texas.
We'll dry out for the weekend with near-normal high temperatures, near 90 each afternoon, and mild nights in the low 70s.
Wednesday, we have a Coastal Flood Advisory until 4 p.m. due to minor flooding as water comes up higher on beaches during high tide.
North winds will remain light as afternoon highs reach near 90 with isolated to widely scattered showers.
Scattered to numerous showers and t-storms are expected Thursday and Friday with pockets of heavy rain. Afternoon highs will stay in the upper 80s both days with north to northeast wind under 15 mph.
