Meteorologist Mike Hernandez tells us that even though it's been more than 12 hours since Hurricane Hanna made landfall near Port Mansfield and has moved into Mexico, the storm continues to bring rain to the Coastal Bend and the Rio Grande Valley.
The storm has weakened back into a tropical storm, and will contiunue to weaken as it comes up against the mountains of northern Mexico.
A tornado watch has been extended until 10 p.m. for Duval, Jim Wells, Nueces, Kleberg, San Patricio and Webb counties, and a flash flood watch is in effect until 7 p.m. tonight.
