CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A northerly flow aloft will continue to produce hot temperatures during the day with more comfortable readings -- at least for August-- at night and also protect us from tropical activity which is definitely on the increase.
Tonight will be clear, nearly calm and comfortable with a low of 73.
Thursday expect sunny skies, blazing hot temperatures with generally light winds again and a high of 99.
Thursday night expect mainly clear skies, quiet and seasonal with a low of 75.
Friday will be sunny again and mainly dry except for a stray shower and a high of 97.
Invest 98 and 97 may both end up in the Gulf as Laura and Marco but at this time neither one is a threat to this area.
