CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — It’s a foggy start to our Tuesday throughout the Coastal Bend.
A Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 10 a.m., including the nearshore waters.
Eventually, the winds will pick up and begin to usher the fog out. Sunshine will return later this afternoon, but it will remain mostly cloudy this afternoon with highs near 80.
On Wednesday morning, expect lows in the middle 60’s and some patchy fog—not quite as dense as this morning.
Spotty showers are possible overnight into Wednesday and rain chances increase into Thursday when a cold front arrives. The cold air behind it will take some time to set in.
And by Saturday, upper-level support will draw the Arctic air mass into the Lone Star State. Temperatures will be near freezing into Valentine’s Day.
