CORPUS CHRISTI — We are going to see some very warm temperatures for the start to the workweek. The high tides are also going to be an issue. A Coastal Flood Advisory has been extended through Monday morning. The water will likely be up to the dunes at times. The forecast for tonight calls for mostly clear skies and mild weather conditions. Look for an overnight low around 76 degrees. The winds will be light out of the east at 5 to 10 miles per hours. It's going to be mostly sunny and hot on Monday with an afternoon high around 98 degrees. Heat index values will range from 105 to 110 degrees. We can expect similar weather conditions again on Tuesday.
A cool front will move through South Texas early Wednesday morning. There is a slight chance for an isolated shower with the frontal passage. The front will also help to drop our temperatures to more seasonal levels. The daytime high temperatures for the remainder of the week with be in the lower 90's. The overnight low temperatures will be in the mid 70's. We are expected to be rain free through next weekend
