CORPUS CHRISTI — It was a pretty nice end to the weekend with a mixture of sunshine and clouds today. The afternoon high was 73 degrees with mostly light winds. Look for increasing moisture this evening. This will lead to some patchy fog and some light patchy rain. Expect an overnight low around 59 degrees. A warm front will roll through the area on Monday. This will likely trigger a few showers. Expect a daytime tomorrow around 73 degrees. The winds will be out of the east at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
Expect warm and muggy conditions for much of the week ahead. Daytime highs will be in the upper 70's to lower 80's. The overnight low temperatures will be in the mid 60's. The next cold front will arrive late Friday night. There is the possibility a few showers and thunderstorms with the frontal passage. Cooler temperatures are expected for next weekend.
