CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — It's going to be a repeat performance each day this week as our typical August weather continues to give us plenty of heat and humidity with only a stray shower chance each day.
Tuesday will be hot and sticky with a high of 94 in Corpus Christi and the upper 90s inland. The breeze will pick up this afternoon from the southeast up to 18 mph as heat indices climb to 104-109.
Beaches will also be warm with a stray shower chance early then mostly sunny skies and temperatures reaching 90 degrees.
The next few nights will be warm and muggy with patchy inland fog and lows in the mid to upper 70s.
As the high-pressure area aloft moves to the west later this week, our rain chance will go up slightly as we head into the weekend with isolated t-showers possible.
