Expect Milder Temps Overnight

CORPUS CHRISTI — It was a beautiful start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We saw abundant sunshine with an afternoon high of 73 degrees. We will continue with a nice warming trend the next few days. However, another cold front will be rolling through midweek. This will bring us a decent chance for showers Tuesday and Wednesday. It will also be a little cooler for the New Year's holiday. The forecast for tonight calls for mostly clear skies and little milder temperatures look for an overnight low around 52 degrees. It will be sunny and nice again on Sunday with a daytime high of 78 degrees. The winds will be picking up some from the southeast at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
