CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Weak upper level low pressure is being replaced by dry high pressure and will result in a more stable-dry atmosphere.

The only real rain expected over the next seven days will be on Saturday night and early Sunday due to a weak boundary to our north.

Tonight will be very warm and steamy with fairly light winds and mainly clear skies with a low of 76.

Thursday expect more sunshine and only a stray coastal shower. It will be breezy, sticky and hotter with a high of 93.

Thursday night will be mostly clear and seasonal with a low of 75.

Friday expect lots of sunshine, breezy and blazing hot with a high of 95.

A tropical storm is trying to form in the eastern Caribbean but is no threat here as it heads toward the Bahamas and the east coast of Florida.
