Tonight expect increasing clouds and humidity still chilly with a low of 46.
Tuesday will be cloudy damp and cool with a high of only 63.
New Years eve will be cloudy damp and milder with some light fog late and showers developing after midnight and a low of 54.
New Years Day will be wet and mild with numerous showers likely (some locally heavy near the coast) and a high of 66.
Rain tapers off and ends on Thursday.
