CORPUS CHRISTI — It's another very cold start to our morning with more record low temperatures. A Freeze Warning has been issued through 9 a.m. However, the good news is that we are going to see a very nice warm up as we head into the afternoon. Look for plenty of sunshine with a daytime high around 60 degrees. It's going to be a very nice afternoon to be outdoors. Tonight we will see increasing clouds and milder weather conditions. Look for an overnight low around 53 degrees. Winds will be out of the southeast at 10 to 15 miles per hour. The forecast for Sunday calls for a mixture of sunshine and clouds with temperatures returning into the lower 70s. The next weak cold front will arrive late Sunday night. There is slight chance for a few isolated showers with the frontal passage. Temperatures will be much more pleasant for much of the week ahead. Daytime highs will be in the 60s and 70s with another chance for a few showers Wednesday night.
