CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — We're experiencing another sweltering hot day across the Coastal Bend thanks to a strong ridge of high pressure that remains hovered over the Lone Star State.
Highs will remain in the mid-upper 90s. And with all the humidity in place the Heat Index values will range between 105-110 each afternoon.
Rain chances will dwindle away for the remainder of the workweek.
By this weekend, we should see a little more upper level support for some isolated showers and even a rumble of thunder.
Next week looks about the same as what we’re seeing now.
Tonight: Partly cloudy and humid. Low: 78.
Wednesday-Friday: Mostly sunny, hot and humid. Highs: 94-98.
