CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A weak cold front will approach the area on Saturday and dissipate. This will touch off a few thundershowers for South Texas but certainly not a major rain event that we need. Our temperatures and humidity will continue to rise until a slightly stronger front arrives late Sunday with drier air.
Tonight will be muggy and milder with a moderate breeze from the bay and a low of 68 under mostly cloudy skies.
Friday expect lots of clouds breezy humid and warmer with only isolated showers and a high of 83.
Friday night will be very mild and sticky with a few showers and low of 69 under mostly cloudy skies.
Saturday expect scattered thundershowers mainly along and north of highway 44 remaining warm and humid and a high of 85.
Sunday we will only have an isolated shower in the morning then some afternoon sunshine and hot with a high of 91.
Temperatures do drop back into the low 60's Monday morning.
