CORPUS CHRISTI — It was another warm and windy day here in the Coastal Bend. We set a new record high with 86 degrees today. It was also a bit breezy with the peak wind gust around 30 miles per hour. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect through 7 pm. The forecast for tonight calls for increasing clouds and diminishing winds. Expect an overnight low around 67 degrees. There is the possibility for some patchy fog.

A strong cold front will roll through South Texas around lunchtime tomorrow. The winds will pick out of the north at 15 to 25 miles per hour. It will also usher in some much cooler air late in the day. There is a slight chance for showers with the frontal passage. The clouds will start to clear out late Monday night. It will be sunny and cool midweek. Daytime highs will be in the upper 50's to lower 60's. The overnight lows will be in the upper 30's to lower 40's. Wednesday will likely be the coldest morning of the week. A gradual warm up is expected late in the week.
