CORPUS CHRISTI — We are waking up to more fog and drizzle in parts of the Coastal Bend this morning. This will give way to warm and windy weather conditions this afternoon. A strong cold front will be rolling through the area. Winds will shift to the northwest at 15 to 20 miles per hour. A Small Craft Advisory has been issued for this evening along with a Gale Warning for our offshore waters. The forecast calls for a daytime high around 81 degrees. It will be mostly clear and colder tonight. Look for an overnight low around 40.

A series of cold fronts are expected to move through South Texas for the upcoming week. The next front will move through late Tuesday followed by another one late on Friday. This could bring another chance of rain as we move into next weekend. Temperatures will remain below average for much of the week with some pretty chilly morning temperatures.
