CORPUS CHRISTI – We are looking for improving weather conditions across South Texas today. We will start with some clouds and drizzle. However, this will give way to partly sunny skies and warmer temperatures this afternoon. The forecast calls for a daytime high of 65 degrees with light winds out of the northwest. New Year’s Eve will bring mostly clear skies and chilly temperatures. Look for an overnight low around 46 degrees. We will see a mixture of sunshine and clouds for New Year’s Day. It will be a little breezy as another cold front will pass through the area. Temperatures will be in the lower 60’s on Tuesday.
The cold and wet weather will return on Wednesday. Expect an afternoon high around 49 degrees with patchy light rain and drizzle. Temperatures will drop into the mid 30’s on Thursday and Friday mornings. Sunny and warmer weather is returning for next weekend.
