CORPUS CHRISTI-We are looking for increasing rain chances as we move throughout the weekend. Today we can expect partly sunny skies with isolated showers possible. Look for a daytime high around 91 degrees. The winds will be out of the southeast at 5 to 10 miles per hour. A cold front is going to stall out to our north for the latter half of the weekend. This combined with abundant tropical moisture is likely to lead to more widespread shower activity on Sunday. This will also help to keep our temperatures a little cooler. The forecast for tomorrow calls for a high of 89 degrees.
The potential for heavy rain will continue through at least Tuesday. This could lead to some localized flooding. Daytime highs will continue in the upper 80’s. The overnight low temperatures will be in the mid 70’s. A little drier and warmer weather conditions will return for the latter half of the workweek.
