Tropical moisture will continue to move into south Texas from the Gulf resulting in an unstable atmosphere producing scattered thundershowers over the next three days. Our winds will gradually decrease making it hot and steamy outside the rainy areas. Gordon is no threat to the area and will make landfall probably as a minimal hurricane on the north central Gulf coast Tuesday evening.

Tonight will be warm and stuffy with a few coastal showers developing before daybreak and a low of 77.

Tuesday we will have isolated thundershowers again less wind still hot and humid with a high of 92.

Tuesday night expect coastal showers again otherwise nearly calm with fair skies and a low of 75.

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with rainfall coverage picking up to scattered T/Showers and a high near 90.

Tropical showers are capable of producing locally heavy downpours.
