Veronica "Ronnie" Flores-Herrera is the Real-Time Desk Manager for KRIS 6 News, Action 10 News, and Telemundo Corpus Christi. In April 2024, the Emmy-nominated journalist and the KRIS 6 Investigative team won the 2024 Carole Kneeland Award for our Facing Danger series which led to the shutdown of several dangerous ramps along the Harbor Bridge. Veronica and the digital team also won an Edward Murrow Award in May 2024.
