KINGSVILLE, Tx. — For the first time under head coach Johnny Estelle, Texas A&M Kingsville has cracked the top-10 of the NABC poll.
The Javelinas were placed right at 10th in the National Association of Basketball Coaches poll today.
The team is one of three teams from the Lonestar Conference to be in the top ten along with West Texas A&M and Lubbock Christian.
This is the sixth consecutive week the team has been ranked, the longest such steak during Estelle's tenure.
Texas A&M Kingsville faces UT Tyler on Wednesday.
