KINGSVILLE, Texas — Texas A&M Kingsville has announced their abbreviated schedule for their spring football season.
The Javelinas will play two games in the shortened season after their original season was canceled due to COVID-19.
The team will travel to Wichita Falls to take on Midwestern State on March 6 and will return home for a game on March 20 against UT Permian Basin.
The football program has not played a game since 2019 and head coach Mike Salinas is yet to coach in his first game due to the pandemic.
An announcement regarding the football attendance policy for the matchup against UTPB on March 20 will be made at a later date.
