The Kingsville Softball team keeps their rankings of 3rd in the nation and 1st in the region after winning the Lone Star Conference Championship.

According to their website, the Javelinas are currently 41 – 8 overall and 24 – 6 in the conference.
The Javelinas are on fire. They have been able to maintain their impressive national and regional rankings, determined by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association and South Central Region, for three straight weeks.
This Lone Star Conference win allows TAMUK the unique opportunity to host the conference tournament.
The Semifinals of the Lone Star Conference Tournament begins this Friday in Kingsville at Hubert Field.
