Saltwater Grill owner Paul Hatridge said he believes in the importance of giving back, which is why he surprised the a local radio staff with lunch Thursday.

Christian station KBNJ employees were treated to shrimp pasta today by the restaurant, which has been a staple of the Corpus Christi south side since 2012.
The eatery, which specializes in saltwater delicacies, often delivers free food to local busineses, said Hatridge. And Hatridge takes pride in often delivering those meals himself.
