AUSTIN, texas — The Texas capitol building in Austin will reopen after the new year.
Its been closed to visitors and lawmakers since the COVID-19 pandemic began back in March.
The doors to the Capitol will reopen Jan. 4, 2021.
Officials say health and safety protocols, like wearing masks and social distancing, will be enforced.
