The New York Giants have provided their defensive strategy for their key game against Dallas.
And it’s a simple one, according to Giants safety Landon Carter.
The Giants are intent on stopping Dallas running back Ezekiel Elliott and making streaky Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott beat them.
“We’re making sure we close the air out of their offensive running game,” Collins told New York reporters earlier this week. “If we do that, put the ball in Dak’s hands, I think we’ll have a better shot at winning.”

Prescott can’t wait to prove the naysayers wrong Sunday night at AT&T Stadium in Arlington in a game that will be shown on KRIS-6.
“Challenge accepted,” Prescott said. “Challenge accepted.”

Collins’ history in calling out Dallas quarterbacks isn’t a good one. He was similarly burned by Tony Romo in 2015 after similar comments before that game.

Sunday’s game is a big one for both teams. The Cowboys are attempting to avoid their first 0-2 start since 2010.
