A months-long strike is over as workers for Kellogg's cereal company have accepted a new contract.

About 1,400 workers across four states will now get back to work next week, ending a strike that started in October.

Workers said they were unsatisfied with pay and the company's hiring system.

The union said the new deal offers better terms for transitional employees, as well as providing pay increases.
