BOULDER, Colo. — Several areas in the Western United States continue to battle fires.
A wildfire in Boulder County, Colo., spread to 7,000 acres on Saturday.
The blaze erupted near the Cal Wood Education Center there, about 17 miles northwest of downtown Boulder.
The town of Jamestown, Colo., was evacuated due to the fire.
Other residents were advised to be prepared to evacuate in case the fire behavior changes on Sunday.
