Wisconsin woman is charged with drug delivery for drunkenly distributing weed cookies to random parade goers.
Cathleen Krause was apparently attending a St. Patricks Day parade in Wisconsin when someone told a nearby police officer of a “visibly intoxicated” woman handing out the special treats.
According to the official complaint, Krause was telling people the cookies were infused with marijuana and officers apprehended a gallon size bag of cookie crumbs along with gummy candies. Both of which tested positive for cannabis.
Krause will make her first court appearance Monday, where she faces a total of five charges.
