Hundreds left homeless by California wildfires

(NBC News) More than a dozen wildfires continue to burn across California.

One of the most severe is the Carr fire, burning near Redding, which has destroyed nearly 500 homes and left six people dead.

The latest victims confirmed victims are 70-year-old Melody Bledsoe and her great-grandchildren, James and Emily.

Firefighters say seven people are still missing.
