CORPUS CHRISTI, Tx — The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) voted today against a rate hike during its public board meeting according to State Representative Todd Hunter's Facebook page.
State, county and city leaders have fought against it because of extra costs it would put on businesses and home owners.
