CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The city's new mayor and city council members will be sworn into office during a meeting this morning at City Hall.

Among those who will be sworn in include Mayor Paulette Guajardo, at-large council members Michael Hunter, Mike Pusley and John Martinez, District 1 Councilman Billy A. Lerma, District 2 Councilman Ben Molina, District 3 Councilman Roland Barrera, District 4 Councilman Greg Smith and District 5 Councilman Gill Hernandez.
Those ceremonies will begin at 10 a.m.
Outgoing council members and outgoing Mayor Joe McComb will be recognized in a farewell ceremony that will precede the swearing-in at 9:30 a.m.
