CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Nueces County Medical Examiner's Office has released the name of the man who was killed on Weber Road last week.

They have identified the victim as 38-year old Nicholas Hinton, of Corpus Christi, died after being hit by a car on Weber Road near Tiger Lane Wednesday night.

He was not in a crosswalk.

Guadalupe Trevino, 33, is charged with intoxication manslaughter and possession of marijuana. Trevino remains in the Nueces County Jail.

His bond has been set at $500,000.
