CORPUS CHRISTI — Investigators are working to figure out what started a fire outside of a home this evening.
Fire crews responded to the fire on the 4500 block of Sheffield Lane.
It started on the back porch of a vacant house just before 8 p.m., Dec. 28. The fire spread to the roof.
Fire fighters battled the blaze for ten minutes until they could get the fire under control.
Investigators say the fire seems suspicious since the house is vacant.
There were no injuries reported.
