CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Starbucks Coffee Company could be coming to North Padre Island.
Starbucks is looking to build its newest coffee house on the 14000 block of South Padre Island Drive near Aquarius Drive.
According to the City of Corpus Christi Development Services, the coffee company has applied for its permits and the city is expected to review their applications on Sept. 10.
Starbucks has eight locations in Corpus Christi including cafes at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Target and Barnes and Noble.
