CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Students at Moody High School participated in a beautiful tradition today.
The Special Needs Special Hearts Prom was held in the gym.
This year's prom theme was "Phantom of the Opera.”
Students with special needs and their parents enjoyed music and dancing.
A court was presented, where a king and queen were crowned.
Moody seniors also had the privilege of attending the event as escorts.
“It’s such an honor to be a part of this to show them the experiences that they will never forget,” Moody senior Juan Carlos Molina said.
This is the 17th year Moody High School has held this event.
