CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Parents, you can probably agree. Getting kids to eat their vegetables can sometimes be a difficult task.
Folks with the WIC program at Driscoll Children's Hospital and the Keach Family Library may have figured out how to make it easier.
Today, the organizations held a grand opening for their “rainbow garden" at the library.
Kids were able to plant seeds and help decorate the garden box.
The hope is that this will inspire a new love of vegetables.
