CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Early Sunday morning, officers responded to a shooting near Landry’s at 600 Shoreline Blvd.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found out that a 23-year-old passenger had been shot and taken to the hospital. During their investigation, detectives determined that the driver, 20-year-old Robert Benavides, had shot him.
He is now in custody and his bond has been set to five hundred thousand dollars for Murder.
