NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS — Investigators with the Nueces County Sheriff's Office are investigating the shooting death of a 31-year-old man.
The Nueces County Medical Examiner's office says the man killed has been identified as 31-year-old Daniel Garcia.
He appeared to have died from "gunshot wounds to the body."
The shooting happened at 1300 block of Gisbourne Court, in the London Estates subdivision Sunday afternoon.
