CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Officer Michael Love also was seriously hurt in the wreck that killed Officer Alan McCollum.
Mayor Joe McComb visited him yesterday afternoon.
The mayor says he's recovering with a good attitude.
“He looked remarkable to me,” McComb said. “He does have some pelvic injuries and some fractures and some other injuries, but overall considering the significant and the magnitude of the involvement of all the vehicles he looks wonderful.”
