CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi police are looking for two men who shot a 60-year-old man during a robbery attempt early Friday during at an apartment in the 900 block of Quetzal Street in Flour Bluff.
The man apparently was shot once in the stomach and was taken to Bay Area Hospital, where he later underwent surgery, police said. He is expected to survive.
Corpus Christi police said two subjects gained entry into his apartment in the robbery attempt, which happened about 1:20 a.m. The robbers made off with some cash.
One of them was wearing a black hoodie with white stripes.
